To access Persimmony ECM, the Citrix client is required on any connecting computer where you would like to scan documents directly into ECM.
This software is free and works on a wide variety of platforms. The software is called “Citrix Receiver” or “Citrix Workspace.” Persimmony supports any version that is also supported by Citrix.
